I have looked through available resources and I can say that there is not foot pedal to work with the player since it doesn't have support for foot pedals, but there is a overcome solution for this issue. Try exporting or saving the files to another format (preferably MP3) and then use Express Scribe to load the file to transcribe it.
Where can I download the Omnicast software from? Is it available?

The product is not free to download. This is a commercial product. It means that in order to download it, you will need to purchase it but before doing that a potential customer needs to get in touch with the sales team. You can use the official website for this purpose.
